Hurry Home is a tongue in cheek reference to breaking out of prison. Occasionally, I feel a bit stifled by all the realistic glass work I do, and this piece is a manifestation of that frustration. The cast glass cake is hollow, and you can plainly see the glass file dissecting the cake. Not a very well disguised escape plan!
